OUR PROCESS
1. VISIT OUR SHOWROOM
Your project begins in our showroom, at any of our 3 local showrooms. Make an appointment to meet with one of our Designers/Project Managers who will show you the endless options available to you for your project design. Our associates will help you select which of our cabinets fits your vision and the perfect coordinating countertops & tiles to create a look totally unique to your project and budget. If you’d like, come to our showroom with some rough measurements & photos and we can draft up a ballpark estimate for you!
2. SET-UP A MEASURE
Once we have a good vision for your project and have established that our products & services are within the budget of your project, we will set up an appointment for one of our contractors to go out to your location and take an official measure of your space. At this appointment, we will also take photos and make note of any potential obstacles to the scope of your project, and make sure to consider these factors when coming up with your initial design & estimate.
3. DESIGN & ESTIMATE REVIEW
Approximately 2-3 working days from the date of your measure, your Designer/Project Manager will have completed the initial design & estimate for your project and will reach out to you to make an appointment for you to come to our showroom and discuss the details! It is at this appointment that we will show you the 3D images & layout of your design and really delve into the desired functionality and details of your new space design.
4. SET YOUR PROJECT INSTALLATION
Once your design & estimate has been tweaked & modified to fit all of your needs & considerations, it will be time to decide when you would like for us to get to work! If we have a start-date that works for you and you’re ready to move forward, 50% of your total estimate will be required to set your date and get to work ordering your materials. Once your project has been complete, the remaining 50% will be due.
We also have financing options available, so be sure to ask your Designer/Project Manager!
5. RELAX & ENJOY!
This is the part where you get to see your space undergo an exciting transformation! Your Project Manager will make sure to coordinate closely with your assigned Class A contractor to make sure every step & detail is taken care of. If you ever have any questions or concerns during the process of your project installation, never hesitate to contact your Project Manager, who will be happy to address your concerns!
